Have you ever been accused of being a bookworm or a nerd? Rest assured, these labels can probably be explained by your Learner theme. Learners have a constant compelling need to acquire and gain knowledge.
How do they think?
Learners love the process of learning, without the intention of necessarily becoming a subject-matter expert. They are always thinking about the next thing they can learn by looking out for the latest book, the latest website or the latest fad they can educate themselves on.
How do they feel?
They don’t only love to acquire new knowledge; they feel a innate drive to learn new things. The process of learning makes them feel alive and energized. Highlighting and underlining new information is like medicine to their souls!
How do they behave?
Remember that learners love the journey of learning, not necessarily the result. Therefore you may find them reading 7 books at once, starting a new dance class or signing up for the latest seminar. They may or may not follow through but it was the process they went through to get there is what drives them.
