Check lists. Late nights. Working on vacation. These are just some of the things that make up the life of an Achiever. Hard work and getting the job done is the only option for someone with this talent theme.
How do they think?
Achievers have a one-track mind. When they see a task at hand and have a plan in front of them, they know they can and will get the job done. Even knowing it will require large amounts of time and energy doesn’t deter them. In fact, they welcome it. If there is any downtime in front of them, the first thing that comes to mind is, “What’s next”?
How do they feel?
An inner anxiety or unrest to be doing something productive is almost always present for an Achiever. It’s difficult to sit them down to relax if it it doesn't result in quenching their thirst to complete an accomplishment.
How do they behave?
You will rarely see an Achiever sitting down, unless sitting down will result in completing a task. They work tirelessly all day, every day. Whether it’s a vacation or a day off, don’t expect them to turn off that internal “get it done” clock. That clock never winds down.
